JOB SUMMARY This position will be responsible forbusiness analysis and management of CAT - Axiswith a key focus to improve seller efficiency, business quality and customer satisfaction KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Business Planning, SI & fulfilment Evaluating Yearly & Monthly trends & Projections basis location wise plan deployment & alignment of CET & CAT Stakeholders Streamlining S2S & CAT - Axis process by placing request for System enhancements to fix process gap Reviewing CAT - AxisSOPs and updating changes basis process improvement Onboarding new leaders along with team mapping, System/ MIS, Enablers understanding. Enablement & support function MIS & Dash boarding fulfillment basis CAT AxisDistribution & CET requirement. Proposing & designing Contest Initiatives - launch, drive & fulfillment both at CAT & CET Level Tracking Issuance & POS refunds cases for improving CAT Axis business conversions Exploring ideas to improve Lead efficiency and also to work efficiently in Digital environment Coordinating with marketing & BOR teams for deployment of campaigns and enabling distribution teams to improve conversion Governance Support Weekly Persistency, Protection & Annuity council forums to track & improve performance. Fortnightly CET & CAT Performance review & alignment on workable areas.
