- Project Finance
- Structured Finance, Long term loans
- Financial Ratio analysis
- Preparation and analysis of Term Sheet.
- Negotiating and closing long term commercial contracts.
- Study and analysis of market dynamics and industry trends of various sectors
- Developing financial models to evaluate investment and capex proposals of various projects
- Prepare Request for Proposal for Debt / ECA backed/Capital market financing
- Assess impact of government regulations/policies on businesses
- Tracking global Markets with respect to Price movements, global interest rates and currencies.
