Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Procure-to-Pay (P2P) with strong experience in vendor management, accounts payable operations, and team leadership. This role requires handling strategic vendor accounts, ensuring smooth invoice processing, dispute resolution, and driving operational excellence in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end P2P operations including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payments.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, ensuring SLA adherence and long-term partnerships.
• Handle vendor escalations and disputes while balancing compliance and vendor satisfaction.
• Drive process improvement & automation initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage a team, ensure accountability and performance metrics, and support employee development.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders for seamless P2P operations.
• Use analytics / dashboards (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Oracle) to monitor KPIs and compliance.

Requirements

• 12-16 years of experience in P2P / Accounts Payable / Vendor Management.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP tools (SAP / Oracle / Coupa / Ariba).
• Proven ability in conflict resolution, vendor relationship management, and SLA governance.
• Experience in shared services, GCC, eCommerce, BFSI, or retail preferred.
