Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Order Management!
In this role, Strategic leader accountable for end-to-end Sales Order Governance, regional fulfillment performance, and driving automation and efficiency across the sales order lifecycle. This role ensures operational excellence, revenue assurance, and seamless integration between commercial and supply chain functions.
Responsibilities
Define and implement global Sales Order Governance strategy across regions and business units.
Lead transformation initiatives including pricing automation, CRM-ERP integration, and workflow digitalization.
Drive fulfillment excellence to minimize revenue leakage and enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (Sales, Finance, SCM, IT) to ensure alignment and execution.
Establish governance for customer commit dates and implement robust revenue assurance controls.
Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering capability development and continuous improvement.
Present actionable business insights and fulfillment outlook to senior leadership and CXO stakeholders.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Advanced ERP configuration knowledge (pricing, rebates, order flows).
Strong analytics, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities.
Deep understanding of sales operations and supply chain interdependence.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
MBA/Post-graduation preferred.
Executive presence with proven ability to influence at senior levels.
Strategic decision-making and change management expertise.
High-impact communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
