Job Description

Job Profile:-
An experienced MIS Executive to manage Scheme operations, Payout calculations, NSR analysis, and SAP-based reporting. The ideal candidate must be strong in Advanced Excel, SAP operations, and commercial analytics.
Key Responsibilities
?Manage scheme master data, track utilizations, and maintain approval records.
?Calculate trade & channel payouts, incentives, and rebates with accuracy.
?Perform NSR (Net Sales Realization) tracking, variance analysis, and reporting.
?Extract, validate, and upload data through SAP (SD/MM/FI modules preferred).
?Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards.
?Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and cross-functional coordination (Sales, Finance, Commercial).
Required Skills
?Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Power Query, Dashboards, if function, etc).
?SAP hands-on experience (mandatory).
?Strong analytical and numeric ability.
?Accuracy, discipline, and ability to work under deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
?B.Com graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant MIS/Schemes/Payout experience.
?Experience in Steel, Cement, Manufacturing, or Commercial Finance sectors (preferred).
?Strong communication & coordination skills.
