Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and excellence for our clients. We are looking for a Senior

Manager, LLM Trainer to lead the development and training of large language models (LLMs) tailored to specific

business needs.

Job Responsibilities

? Curate and prepare training datasets for AO use cases: Develop comprehensive datasets that align with

automation operations (AO) requirements, ensuring they are robust and relevant.

? Annotate edge cases and exceptions for model learning: Identify and label unique scenarios and

exceptions to enhance model learning and adaptability.

? Supervise AI model outputs to check for accuracy and relevance: Monitor AI-generated outputs to

ensure they meet quality standards and are contextually appropriate.

? Identify gaps in training data and recommend enhancements: Analyze existing datasets to pinpoint

deficiencies and propose improvements for more effective model training.

? Collaborate with Ops, Delivery, and AI teams for data feedback: Work closely with operations, delivery,

and AI teams to gather insights and feedback on data utilization and model performance.

? Maintain compliance and quality standards in data handling: Ensure all data processes adhere to

regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks.
