Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

Position Summary-
The role is responsible to identify issues beforehand and ensure proper releases of design through System(PLM) in order to ensure the error free releases, this position is responsible for in-depth package checks and publish the demerit score within digital & physical environment.

Responsible for DMU checking, DMU review report preparation with adherence to DMU and BOM check list and closure of DMU issues with COCs,
Responsible for completion of VI related releases like VC, Color VC, VOD, Tech specification etc.
Responsible to ensure and support aggregate modularity, commonality and complexity reduction across ILCV EV platform.

Working knowledge requirement

In-depth Knowledge of prevailing as well as future automotive systems and components design, development and application. Understanding of various vehicle systems. Knowledge of vehicle design and simulation techniques and using the results to fine tune the design. Good understanding of various manufacturing Processes. Working knowledge of problem solving techniques and design optimization, Benchmarking, Warranty Analysis, Cost Reduction, Value Engineering, IPR management, DFMEA, DFS, etc. Knowledge of all legislative standards(AIS) and new regulations.(CMVR, EEC, ECE,ADR, FMVSS etc.) Vehicle Packaging knowledge, BOM Analysis, Vismock up & PLM teamcenter, Vehicle Familiarization & Dynamics.
