Audit & Risk @Dream Sports:
Audit & Risk team enables the business to maintain high level of governance with visibility on risk insights to relevant shareholders. We provide independent assurance over the effective operation of an organization\'s risk management, governance, and internal control processes. We are responsible for detecting, assessing, monitoring, reporting, managing and mitigating the risks, building a robust process that can provide a suitable platform for all our users.

Your Role:

• • Designing, implementing, and regularly assessing health and strength of Internal Control Framework
  • Defining list of policies & procedures and maintaining repository of all formalised policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Defining risk-control self-assessment (RCSA) checklist by function and driving periodic self-assessment activity to determine the gaps and corrective actions
  • Driving implementation of open internal audit recommendations and publishing monthly dashboard for open points after evidence verification
  • Performing IT controls testing and corrective and preventive action plans
  • Developing annual training calendar to create awareness on internal controls
  • Driving continuous process improvement using automation or process-mapping technique
  • Performing overall analytical review of financial statement for preliminary risk assessment and drive risk-actions

Qualifiers:

• • 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing enterprise risk management programs in a complex organization
  • Experience in managing and delivering for trust and safety activities in a tech business
