About the Role As Senior Manager - Innovations & Growth Planning, you will work on end-to-end delivery of key strategic initiatives which will be driven centrally. This would involve identifying growth segments & solutions with opportunity sizing and working across functions to conceptualize the solution, closing partnerships, managing milestones in terms of time, quality of deliverables, and launch targets up to POC. About the Team The Innovation & Growth Strategy team is a new unit that is being set up by PayU to drive strategic initiatives which are high-priority for the organization and involve extensive cross-functional collaboration . The team will work on Zero to One idea for identifying & program managing growth segments & innovative solutions which can create high impact for PayU over the next 2-3 years. The team\'s mandate will also include program management for a few already developed strategic initiatives to ensure their transition from Ten to Hundred before they are moved into BAU. What you\'ll be doing Work closely with the Lead - Innovation & Growth Planning to identify growth segments & innovative solutions, which will be signed off by the PayU leadership team. Create opportunity mapping with business potential for PayU over 2-3 years, while identifying partnership opportunities, competition tracking, white spacing & cross functional requirements for PayU to succeed in the identified initiatives. Program management by setting up cadence & program charter with timelines to deliver to the objectives of the initiatives along with cross functional participation. Working across cross functional teams to ensure that discussion documents meet the expectations and discussions are productive and useful. Close partnership agreements & regulatory requirements to participate in the ecosystem of the initiative. Execute a POC to prove the potential of the initiative while identifying improvement areas, before the initiative is made a part of BAU for the business teams.
