Role description Key Result Areas 1 Manage new business applications for product related enhancements and production support 2 Discuss business requirements with stakeholders and provide technical solutions 3 Analyze product impacts on new business or underwriting areas and design solutions 4 Ability to deliberate techno functional solutions with partner/in-house resources to align delivery 5 Research, prototype and apply latestjava technologiesin application developments 6 Manage delivery with high quality as per stringent product delivery deadlines 7 Good Knowledge of insurance domain, particularly insurance products, new business & policy administration 8 Work well within the budget to manage resources and deliveries 9 Support all Audit and compliancerelated activities 10 Track projects/enhancements and build metrics for management reporting Technical . Solution Architecture . Strong Life Insurance Functional Knowledge. New business & Policy admin in specific . Hands on experience on legacy and web application development/support. . Experience on BPM, Workflow related technologies . Project Management . Technical Knowledge of Web, Mobility and emerging technologies
