Senior Manager Information Technology Hospitality (8 21 Yrs)
Job Description
- Develops new concepts to achieve organizational objectives.
- Recommends / implements up gradations to exiting installed software and hardware for user defined requirements.
- Ensures correct and accurate information is available, in time, for decision making to all internal customers
- Ensures prudent security measures are taken to preserve and safeguard data
- Ensures all the customers complaints are promptly and efficiently attended to
- Ensures all the equipment is maintained at all times and coordinates PMP for better performance
- Recommends introduction of new technological development in the hotel in line with corporate IT guidelines
- Ensures adherence to company and hotel policies by all the departmental employees.
- Prepares capital and operational expenditure budgets for systems
- Constantly monitors key performance indicators for the department and takes corrective action, as and when required
- Ensures spares and material are available at all times in stores by proper planning
- Ensures quality of all systems equipment as per organizational requirements
- Develops user defined MIS reports as per user requirements.
- Specialization in Micros Fidelio Opera Enterprise Suite
- Knowledge of Oracle database, forms & reports
- Specialization in network management
