Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE Role This role is to lead Labour & Compliance coordination, to perform its regular operational activity ensuring full compliance in terms of License etc at all of our Projects and Offices. This position is also responsible for our labour attendance and payroll management. This position will also coordinate strongly with site and provide support for the business and support on multiple activities in terms of sub-contractor compliance, legal reviews of pending cases /invoicing, MIS, vendor coordination etc. Responsibilities

  • Wages Payment
  • Labor payroll payment and analysis
  • Provident Fund
  • Legal Reviews and Compliance
  • Support to Project Sites for movement of Labor
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum Compliance Experience 10 -15 years.
  • Candidates with Diploma in Labor Laws will be preferred law
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months Salary: ?20,000.00 - ?39,188.84 per month Benefits:
