Senior Manager - HR
We have an urgent opening with a leading Furniture & Home Decor company:
About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Manager who can oversee all functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving budgets, implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems, HR Communication.
Responsibilities :
- Partner closely with leadership team for HR related functions such as: Organizational Change, Employee Engagement, Company Culture etc.
- Develop, Implement and administer employee policies to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each team member.
- Provide high-quality advice and service to the Leadership Team on employee relations and performance management issues.
- Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction.
- Manage new hire orientation process and introduce new employees to the Company culture.
- Manager Employee Compensation & Benefits. Provide periodical compensation and benefit reports to the Leadership team and make recommendations to improve the process.
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Design and implement company policies
- Monitor key HR metrics
- Help in Addressing employees' queries (e.g., on compensation and labor regulations)
- Payroll Management
Desired Skills and Functional Experience :
- Strong problem- solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
Qualification :
MBA - Tier 2 or upper tier 3 colleges
Please Note : Must have managed an employee base of 300-400 employees
Someone who can join early ,lesser NP is preferred
