Location: Goregaon - Mumbai
Hybrid work arrangement About the role: The Sr. Manager HR \xe2\x80\x93 Talent Management, will work along with Director - Talent to conceptualize, design and roll out charters which will elevate the HR processes at LRN. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building organizational culture and bring synergy within the Talent space for all geographies in LRN. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the HR functions of Talent Management and Employee Processes. Together with their expertise, LRN\xe2\x80\x99s People & Culture strategy and Industry benchmarks, the individual will create best in class and sustainable HR Practices at LRN. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Talent Development: Contribute to the Enablement agenda of LRN with course content development for learning programs. Implement the enablement efforts on the internal LMS to foster continuous learning through self-paced and classroom courses.
  • Performance Management: Help build a culture of continuous performance reviews within the organization by supporting the internal Performance Appraisal process, Individual Development Planning and Succession Planning.
  • Leadership Framework: Drive the application and branding of the LRN core values and leadership attributes making it a "way of how we work".
  • Employer Branding: Build the LRN brand as an \xe2\x80\x98employer of choice\xe2\x80\x99 via social media, industry forums and external associations.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Work on seamless integration of people and processes as LRN continues to grow inorganically.
  • Employee Pulse Survey: Work with the HR leadership and Advisory teams to design, roll out and implement a firm wide EPS and actions aligned to the LRN values and culture.
  • HR Transformation initiatives: Collaborate with Director \xe2\x80\x93 Talent Management to foster a culture of \xe2\x80\x98building talent\xe2\x80\x99 within LRN.
Requirements You should have:
  • MBA in HR with minimum 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Talent Management or HR generalist.
  • Prior experience conceptualizing and managing mid to large size HR projects.
  • Good understanding on Talent Development and OD concepts.
  • Comfortable with the use of Analytics for HR.
  • Flexibility and organizational skills required to manage multiple projects.
  • High levels of proficiency in use of Microsoft Power point and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English \xe2\x80\x93 Spoken and Written
