Job Description

The Senior Manager - Hedge Accounting will be responsible for managing and overseeing hedge accounting processes and lead IFRS 9 transition initiatives and DRM readiness.Build valuation models for hedge effectiveness testing

• Manage hedge accounting activities in alignment with relevant financial standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with Product Control, Technical Accounting, IRRBB, and Treasury teams
• Drive system enhancements, BRD/UAT processes, and reporting solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and external regulatory requirements.

Deep expertise in hedge accounting , IFRS 9 , valuation controlDesign and execute hedge accounting strategies
A successful Senior Manager - Hedge Accounting should have:

• 6-8+ years in finance/accounting with hedge accounting expertise
• Strong knowledge of IAS 39, IFRS 9, and financial instrument valuation
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA, CFA, or Master's preferred
• Experience with systems like Sabre Cortex, Murex is a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
