Roles and Responsibilities CONTEXT
The position will be responsible for developing partnership engagement, on-boarding partners to
support GVPN, Ethernet product, IP Transit as well as managing life-cycle management processes
from technical / commercial and contractual aspects. This position will need to project manage cross
functional team to develop legal and regulatory framework with partners to support GVPN, Ethernet, IP
Transit Product develop technical solutions to release network and PoP\xe2\x80\x99s architectures and ensure
successful implementation of partnership project through efficient cross-functional interlock.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Responsible for overall success of network expansion partnership initiatives involving GVPN, GDE
& IPT products in specific region to fulfil business requirements.
Project manage cross functional team to develop technical, commercial and contractual framework.
Formulate acceptable trade-offs for challenging partnership engagements.
Orchestrate extensive cross-functional teamwork internally and externally to orient, align and build
consensus to collaborate harmoniously for partnership initiatives.
Work on Life Cycle Management (LCM) initiatives involving network and PoP upgrades with various
partners in different regions; execute contractual amendments to support this initiative.
Support Engineering and cross functional team to drive network cost saving initiatives to meet
targets via network re-design and capacity rightsizing in coordination with the internal project teams
and with partners.
Support access cost saving initiatives by setting up network access interconnects (L2 and L3 NNI)
with potential partners to achieve optimized access cost that is market competent.
Understanding of LAN/WAN connectivity as well as MPLS VPN, Ethernet & IPT product is highly
desirable.
All the above will require interaction with Product, Engineering, Service Delivery, Service
Assurance, ASP/SCM, GSPI, Regulatory / Legal, Finance, IT, Sales Team, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills to meet deadlines. Track and
monitor daily, weekly and monthly progress of ongoing partnerships engagements.
Desired experience: 10 \xe2\x80\x93 14 years of proven experience in telecommunication industry with techno-
commercial assignments.
Desired qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, preferably in Electronics
and Telecommunication field. Post-graduation degree will be preferred.
Good understanding of project management process with analytical skills
Good organization, presentation and customer facing skills
Good relationship and connections with International Service providers
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
