Reporting to the Director of Finance, Revenue and Sales, you will be a finance partner covering for a part of our global organization with focus on sales and revenue performance. In this role, you will partner with D&A Finance colleagues globally and directly with business partners in D&A to drive commercial excellence and salesforce effectiveness (efficiency & throughput) - right metrics, measurement system, actions, and follow-through. Major responsibilities would include (but not limited to): Actively look for ways to support stakeholders and present opportunities across sales and revenue Develop relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders and multiple business lines Leveraging relationships with stakeholders to deal with query management Drive the forecasting and budget processes, maintaining a focus on process improvement and engaging with key stakeholders Work effectively with the Financial Controller and team to ensure the reporting and accounting is to a consistently high standard Drive the business through data driven observations and analytical insight Support the analysis of projects and other large initiatives assessing return on investment through business cases and data modelling techniques Support organic and inorganic opportunities including: key contract renegotiation, M&A activity, integration / divestment opportunities, due diligence exercises and building of synergy cases Increase the analytics capabilities across the Business Partnering and broader Finance teams, leading new initiatives to interrogate data, innovate reporting and improve insight.
