Senior Manager - Finance (From Pharmaceutical domain )
About the Role:
- Act as a strong link between Finance and commercial to provide holistic view and insights on the overall health of the business
- Develop International business financial plans and budgets
- Drive discussions with functional heads, cluster heads & Business CEO & COO on budget variances and financial trends,Opex, pricing etc.
- Monitor monthly, yearly forecasts for all departments to ensure alignment with forecast & budget
- Review & Analyze business cases of new products and new geographies
- Revenue forecasting working with the Business heads to capture the opportunities and risks and potential mitigation plans
- Working capital management ownership for international business - receivables and inventory
- Commercial contract evaluations to ensure organizations interests are protected along with business growth
- Credit Control Management of International business - Credit Block release, FOC maintenance, Price maintenance, RC updation, contract compliance, 3rd party payments approvals etc
- Preparation of data & presentation required for monthly Business review meetings, Management review meetings.
Skills:
- Must have experience in central finance as well as international finance domain
- CA/MBA from good B-school is highly preferred
- Agile to learn new tools and process is an added advantage for the role.
