Job Description
KRA:
- Working as Senior Manager- Finance, will play important role in managing the Finance function of the Company
- Overseeing the Accounting, reporting, financial planning, MIS, banking and taxation
- Maintaining internal controls in Finance and within the organization and advising departments accordingly
- Coordinating all audit activities and assigning time sensitive tasks to the team members
- Time Management \xe2\x80\x93 Saving leadership\xe2\x80\x99s time from the operational activities
- Strengthening leadership \xe2\x80\x93 Effective and timely communication of financial reporting, trends in operations to help leadership to take decisions both internally and externally
- Managing Finance & Cash Flow \xe2\x80\x93 Building clarity on each finance role, assigning responsibilities and implementing projects to help in reaching individual and organization finance goal
- Problem solving and decision-making support \xe2\x80\x93 Become the first level reviewer in every task of Finance function and deliver insights to support decision making and to support quick resolutions and changes.
