Job Summary:
The candidate will be engaged with existing and prospective large account for employee benefits in building benefits and way forward strategy. The member will have be part of the review/pitch meeting with the client where the client is shown how is the program is performing and what can be possible solutions to make the program more robust. This will be an absolute consultative role.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for engaging with the clients along with RCS/Sales team to drive strategy for the client in terms of benefits, costing and placement. This is for the large accounts, both existing as well as new (to be acquired)
- Work with Analytical team in creating stories from the numbers.
- Engaging with existing clients on quarterly basis the access the performance of the program
- Implementation of any new solution/products for clients.
Desired profile/who should join:
- MBA
- Minimum of 7 to 10+ years of work experience, largely with Insurance industry
- Prior experience in direct client interactions (Acquisition/Retention), Employee benefits etc.
