Experience:

- Experience and understanding of Textile Traceability, but not mandatory.

- Adequate knowledge of using traceability software is preferable.

- Knowledge of project management, monitoring, and evaluation.

- Knowledge of technologies and innovations in the agriculture/textile/IT sector.

Qualifications / Skills

- Preferably a degree in Agriculture/Textile with an MBA with knowledge of development, testing, and integration of various technologies.

- Excellent Communication skills and command of English

- High Analytical skills in various reports and data sets.

- Timely management reporting

Key Accountabilities:

- Provide strong support to manage organization-level technical and non-technical innovation projects delivery to customers.

- Prepare a detailed priority plan on innovation in consultation with internal and external stakeholders, customer projects delivery plan, and follow deadlines.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and platform user interface, and prepare a market intelligence report.

- Manage customers\' routine deliverable activities and interact with them on deliverables.

- Responsible for managing and delivering key projects within agreed schedules with high industry standards.

- Involve field-level team management tasks on data collection and processor involvement for different customers.

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, and developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Working with CottonConnect\'s project team to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

- Very strong cross-functional ability to work with different teams and getting work done approach.

- Experience in textile traceability platforms or digital supply chain management will be very useful.
