Job Description


Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract and Claims Manager to
join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing contracts and
claims processes to ensure the successful execution of our projects. This position requires a strategic
thinker with a deep understanding of contractual obligations, claims resolution, and risk
management within the EPC sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Management:

  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to execution and
closeout.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions and collaborate with legal
and project teams to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other
stakeholders.
2. Claims Management:
  • Lead the claims management process, including the identification, analysis, and
resolution of claims.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant information for claims, and work
towards fair and timely resolutions.
  • Implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize the occurrence and
impact of claims.
3. Contract Administration:
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive contract administration procedures.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on contract-related matters and ensure proper
documentation of contract changes and amendments.
  • Conduct regular contract reviews to assess performance and identify areas for
improvement.
4. Dispute Resolution:
  • Develop and implement dispute resolution strategies, including negotiations and, if
necessary, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
  • Work closely with legal advisors to manage and resolve disputes in a timely and
cost-effective manner.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract and claims status to senior
management.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all contracts and claims activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in law, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or
relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Contract and Claims Manager in the EPC industry, with a track record
of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, project management, and claims resolution.
  • Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard contract management tools and software
