Senior Client Services Manager
Location: Mohali
Note: As per my understanding we need people from BPO industry, someone who is from Operations, client services and transition.
So what does a Senior Client Services Manager really do? Think of yourself as someone who will work
directly with the management team to hire and train key players, so not just anyone is qualified for this
role. We make sure we get the best of the best, after all, we are a ridiculously good company so we
make sure our employees are top notch. Now we need your full concentration because it's time to
imagine what it's like being a Senior Client Services Manager.
Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you will collaborate with TaskUs
HQ in Santa Monica, CA as well as our Philippines operations and recruitment teams, and client's
executive and operational teams to ensure success. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you
know that it comes down to one thing: that you will support today's fastest growing companies to
scale their international operations.
As a Senior Client Services Manager, you will play a direct role in the operational growth of the
business with strategic initiatives. You will also impact and witness first hand the company's annual
revenue goals of 100% revenue growth year after year. Lastly, you will also manage hundreds of people
in the United States and the Philippines, and (soon) Latin America.
So, do you have what it takes to become a Senior Client Services Manager?
Requirements:
So, what is it we're looking for? Well, since this is a manager role we need someone who already has the
skills to even call themselves one. So definitely someone with experience in being one, so if you have at
least 2 years of working experience in a management consulting, operations, and/or account
management role then you're what we need! Also it's a plus if you're someone with experience in
managing customer care and/or back office operations and international vendor management.
Now let's get a bit technical. We need someone who has advanced knowledge in Google and Microsoft
Applications as well as Salesforce. Also, advanced knowledge of email ticketing and cloud based phone
systems (i.e. Zendesk, Desk.com, RightNow, inContact, Five9 or 8x8) is also preferred. Are you also
willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time? If yes, then you're what we
