Senior Manager- Cash in Workstream lead ERPM Provides leadership and strategic direction for Cash in function at LSEG. This role will cover the following domains AR (ERP).The role will report to the ERPM Cash in Global Process Owner. Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: - Leads a team of Cash in SME\'s (where applicable) - Drives the operating rhythm for Cash in across the Group, partnering with Strategy, business change management, Business operation teams and technology - Drives the Group\'s end to end billing to cash workflow, including input into system design - Supports the Group\'s external financial reporting process - Partners with Group Risk on Group Stress Testing and other Risk-related analysis Qualifications & Experience: - Degree (or equivalent) and relevant professional qualification - Extensive and current knowledge of quote to cash systems, policies and procedures - Prior leadership experience. T he Cash in Workstream lead will work directly with the GPO\'s and will be responsible for supporting the design integrity and timely delivery of a comprehensive set of end-to-end processes for all in scope activities within LSEG\'s EPM Program. This will help ensure the company meets and exceeds its reason ambitions in terms of process efficiency and quality. This role will lead the design of all local country accounting requirements. The role will report to the EPM Global Process Owner. Understand, document and help implement all required EPM architecture to support the Groups EPM strategy Provide guidance to downstream leads and cash in function and help minimising the need for customisations and maintaining data lineage Provide recommendations, and delivery upon acceptance of relevant third party relationships to minimise the need for internal customisation to meet our reporting requirements Ensure implementing appropriate processes and structures to support the Groups requirements across the EPM framework Partnering with Global process owner and acting as understudy as needed. Partnering with SMEs across Tax, ORM, Treasury, Projects, and local jurisdictional SMEs to support the delivery of the Groups EPM framework Partnering with data transformation workstream to agree translation of historical data into the EPM world, and deliver a working framework for EPM data management in line with process ownership.
