Senior Manager - Capability Building Position Senior Manager: Capability Building Location HO / Delhi- NCR Department Distribution Capability Centre Function DCC - Management Reporting to AVP - Capability Building Band 4A JOB SUMMARY The position is responsible for the design and development of learning journey for distribution (sales) supervisors across domain, functional and behavioural competencies. As part of the capability building CoE, this position will play an instrumental role in developing programs and learning journey to impact effectiveness of our people managers across lifecycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Domain 1 Project manage Learning journeys across business channels Partner with Capability Building Leader for design and execution of the sales leadership capability building roadmap Collaborate with zonal & regional teams to align & deploy domain & functional skilling programs Domain 2 Develop content and anchor flagship programs Manage vendor relationship for design and delivery of programs Domain 3 Drive & measure learning effectiveness Measures of Success (MoS) Domain 1 Report out on impact, behavior change, assessment against learning objectives and feedback Coverage of employee in learning journeys Domain 2 Content development and building external partnerships Domain 3 Stakeholder feedback People & Productivity metrics Education: Graduate Experience: 8-10 Years Skills & Competencies: Learning need identification Content development Facilitation skills Learning impact analysis Proficiency in Excel, Word & Powerpoint Stakeholders Internal Distribution (Sales) Channel Training Leaders External Learning Vendors
