Job Profile: Senior Manager - Gourmet, Guiltfree and New Supply

Years of Experience: Around 5 Years ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE: We are looking for a deeply passionate foodie to join the Swiggy Central Brand Marketing team to help build delightful culinary experiences through Swiggy Gourmet, Guiltfree and also help build Swiggy private brands like Homely and The Bowl Company. This role is tasked with building brand awareness and growth for Swiggy offerings such as Gourmet, Guiltfree by identifying the right positioning, promotions and placements for these services along with building out new food brands like the Soul Rasa by working with culinary experts. The role demands use of strong marketing fundamentals along with data driven decision making to help build unearth consumer needs and insights to build brands that they love. You would work very closely with respective business teams, internal and external creative partners, external agency partners, analytics and PR teams to create powerful experiences for consumers. What qualities are we looking for?
At least 5 years of overall work experience with minimum 2 years of Marketing experience on ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing
MBA from a Tier I Business School
Strong analytical skills for problem solving
Strong language skills : written and oral
Strong history of having brought in innovations and out-of-the-box thinking in previous roles.
Work experience in Telecom/FMCG/E-commerce is preferred

Consumer targeting and insighting - Being able to identify the right consumer audience for the product
New Product GTM Development - Developing highly impactful marketing mix for new product GTM strategies using in-app as well as off-app channels rooted in strong consumer understanding and marketing fundamentals
Communication Development - Develop positioning for new products and coordinate with internal/external create agencies for communication development. Candidate should be able to write a comprehensive brief, evaluate creatives and give creative feedback when required
Media planning and buying - For campaigns, the candidate will be coordinating with internal and external media stakeholders to identify the right media mix across ATL/BTL/Digital/Owned channels
Measurement and reporting- Closely measure impact of inputs on business/brand metrics and create high-quality performance reports for campaign analysis and/or product performance
