ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with both the client and the business team to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project, from participating in the requirements, design and build phases; delivering high-quality deliverables, through to user acceptance testing.
• The position would require mentoring, managing team conflicts & career planning for the team members
• Enforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
• Troubleshoot and propose viable solutions to given problems
• Participate coding and deploying the changes in DEV, UAT, Prod environments
• Understands the application/area as it relates to assigned projects/tasks
• Accurate documentation for all given tasks
• Work a flexible schedule to accommodate off-hours conference calls or work. Applicants should be flexible working in shifts to have required overlap with US teams.
• Be the escalation point for production software issues
• Develop Functional and Technical Designs
• Self\xe2\x80\x93Starter, able to work independently or within a multi-faceted team

Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture

• End to end ownership of assigned apps, and drive new application transition as identified from time to time
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project and execute the project according to the project plan.
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Review application architecture, application design, code, other project artefacts and quality metrics at a program level
• Create technical coding standards, best practices, identify and execute automations
• Keep all stakeholders (internal external) engaged in the project, aligned on expected outcomes and informed about what is occurring throughout project
• Work with diverse teams, QA, BA, resourcing, HR, L&D and remote teams for project and team needs.
• Work with resourcing teams to recruit, interview and select staff with appropriate skills for the project activities

• Hands-on experience in
• Angular (v4+)

• Docker/Containerization
• ADO/Github
• Experience with Bootstrap, REST API, Knockout, NestJS

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS

• Exposure to Oracle/SQL databases
• MVC
• Dotnet Core

ABILITIES

• Understand the business needs and be able to translate to a viable technical solution aligned with MMC\xe2\x80\x99s tech roadmap
• Able to present and articulate the solution in a business understandable language
• Good understanding of computer networks and IT security management
• Excellent knowledge on the cloud based solutions (preferably AWS)
• Must have experience in initiating, planning, tracking, monitoring & controlling and closure of projects using SDLC models like waterfall, Agile \xe2\x80\x93 Scrum, Kanban, Iterative
• Experience developing multi-tier Internet/Intranet Responsive applications
• Should have working knowledge of Design patterns, SOA, cloud and mobile.

• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience working in offshore-onsite delivery teams
• Excellent analytical, design and effective communication skills
• Fast learner, quality consciousness and committed to deadlines

• Experience with DevOps, Test Driven Development (TDD), automated testing and unit testing frameworks.
• Good to have experience on Code review tools like Code analysis.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Should have knowledge on Object Oriented analysis and design (OOAD), layered application development, domain driven design, architecture design patterns and SOA based development
• Should have completed at least two Web based N-tier database applications.
• Should have exposure to modelling tools like Visio.
• Strong hands-on experience of successfully delivering large complex technology projects in various domains

• Serves as a key contributor and tech lead on a highly collaborative global team
• Responsible for defining a repetitive framework regarding the maintenance of multiple small applications
• Will provide status updates to leadership
• Functions independently as lead to prioritize vulnerability and obsolescence remediation
• Proactively identify challenges and provide solutions
• Should be assertive and confident to lead and grow team
