We are looking for a Senior Manager - Application Management (US partners) to join our team.

Admissions serves as the frontline of our business, playing a crucial role in recruiting high-quality students worldwide for our esteemed university partners in the US. The Application Management Team is tasked with the initial assessment of student suitability, guiding them and their agents through the admission process.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to the role

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

Strong relevant experience in admission operations or university relations.

In-depth understanding of university admission processes and industry trends.

Strong knowledge of the US education system and international student recruitment industry.

Extensive experience using and understanding IT systems and developing processes.

Outstanding attention to detail, target-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach.

Negotiation skills with the ability to influence internally and externally. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on one\xe2\x80\x99s feet.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders, along with ability to work independently.

Multicultural outlook with a passion for helping international students achieve their study goals. Adaptability to change and the ability to lead a team through transitions.

Willingness to work flexible/staggered hours when required (including some weekends during critical periods).

Desirable:

Overseas study or experience of working/living overseas.

Extensive experience in operations planning and management in an Education or Training-related setting.
