In this role, you\'ll be working for our Insurance & Financial Services business. This function is responsible for driving greater financial inclusion through cross/up-selling insurance, lending and wealth services to our 400M+ customer base, and ensuring our users get the smoothest experience, learning and engaging with us on these services. The gig Own the entire analytics support for Insurance (and/or other Financial Services) function(s) through a team of 4-6 people. The Financial Services team is driving growth in new business verticals including insurance, consumer/merchant lending and stock broking. The work encompasses end-to-end customer, product and business lifecycle in these businesses. Own end-to-end analytics support - including ownership of designing the right team structure, hiring, capability building & setting and maintaining a high bar for data driven problem solving Collaborate closely with the business, and product functions to understand the business problem and translate them into the right analytical problem statement Work with the team to generate insights & and work on a holistic analysis to provide unbiased answers to the identified problem statement. Have a strong problem solving mindset and be able to apply the right analytical approach for solving the same. Be able to influence stakeholders across various functions to drive initiatives & data driven decision making Be an integral part of the pod strategy and go beyond being an analytics counterpart Job requirements Minimum 9+ years of analytics experience in relevant roles, with at least 3 years in financial services (experience in insurance is a plus) Strong understanding of financial services products and customer lifecycle Experience leading analytics team as a people manager Strong problem solving & analytical skills Prior experience working with a product organization is preferred Penchant for business & curiosity to understand how the product works Experienced in handling data and working on analyses using SQL Understanding of dashboarding principles and prior experience building such dashboards. Experience of working on QlikSense is a plus Data modeling skills to manage ETL at scale by understanding data flow in the organization Statistical modelling experience through Python or R is a good-to-have
