Job Summary: About the Role : This position is a revenue generation role that is expected to pitch and close Non-Free Commercial Time sales within the BU. The incumbent will be responsible for solving clients\' brand-related problem statements through Advertiser Funded Properties, content led integrations, IPs, Co-Branded content etc. This role will involve creative idea and solutioning for clients, working closely with content teams to ensure that deals are executed smoothly in line with clients\' brand requirements. An ideal candidate should have a creative bent of mind with an eye for detail, ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and always multitask Industry relationship with clients & agencies is a must for this ro le. Key Responsibilities: Must have experience of generating revenue from Branded Content, collaboratively working in a cross functional ecosystem. Should have the experience of having handled end to end projects from pitching to execution stage Responsible to identify and execute growth opportunities, drive collaboration for brand solution business along verticals - internal & external Build a shared culture of innovation and execution excellence to drive business growth. The position is expected to constantly leverage all the insights from content, technology, sales & marketing , and finance to develop strategies to stay ahead of consumer expectations. This includes focusing on Emerging trends and outlook to build Network competitiveness and growth. Needs to know the art of marrying content with commerce and redefining native advertising in an Indian context with cost effective media strategies. Performance m easures: Performance m easures: Understanding the brand & its requirement and sharing a customized content plan Achievement of the assigned revenue targets Developing preferred channel partnerships with market Gathering market intelligence with respect to Competition, Clients, Agencies, and overall business landscape to further our business objective Qualifications : Qualification: MBA or Postgraduate Must have worked in related sales role or similar industries for minimum 5 years Knowledge of B2B sales and agency linked markets will be an added advantage Personal Attributes: Ability to deal with dynamic and fast paced internal & external environment.
