Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Accounts Payable We are looking for professionals with Strong operations experience in AP domain having people handling and customer management skills Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to accounts payable, which include: . Lead a large Accounts Payable team while ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI . Review team&rsquos day to day activities, including but not limited to Invoice processing, Vendor Management, Audit & Payments, daily volume management, analysis and other requests . Interact with the Business Accounting team and internal stakeholders to resolve issues . Manage multiple stakeholders . Be a peoples manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations coach for the team . Excellent knowledge on ERP Applications (SAP), AP Workflow Tools . Responsible for presentation of weekly & monthly governance slides . Managing bigger teams and taking care of their appraisals, Early warning system management, calculation of teams monthly variable compensations . Experience in people handling and support employee and organizational development through appropriate change management and training initiatives . Working experience in SOX controls Responsible for both internal and external audits . Strong Quantitative and problem solving ability: Ability to conceptualize Accounts payable related technical problems and develop an Analytical road map for them. . Demonstrate effective stakeholder management while delivering on key business initiatives through applying effective change and transition management strategies Qualifications Minimum qualifications . Candidates with a CA Inter or a bachelor&rsquos degree in accounting or Finance . The incumbent should be open for working in flexible shifts . Having Experience in working Accounts Payable processes for global clients in BPO Industry . Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel . Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions . Strong SME knowledge of accounting concepts Preferred qualifications . Good interpersonal skills .
