The Role Responsibilities Job Role Manage and facilitate the operations necessary in executing the activities. KRI-KCS, Volume, Dashboard monitoring / any other compliance / control monitoring as rolled out by the Group from time to time. Key Responsibilities Ensuring that a continuous process and efficiency improvement culture is embedded within the function and an established process exists to constantly identify and implement improvement opportunities. Monitoring to ensure that the standards of customer service provided by the function consistently meet or exceed the requirements set under the Service Level Agreements agreed with the customers. Liaison with customers on the periodic review and re-negotiation of Service Level Agreements and any other related performance and quality measures. Effectively handle change management in GFS post migration of new processes (from design to delivery) change in the organization structure in GFS. Managing the team and exercising the human resources skills and techniques necessary to attract and retain key finance professionals in these roles. Participate and support in all Global finance initiatives as launched from time to time (viz. Controls, Reengineering, Training, etc). Keep up pace with fast evolving industry and ensure that unit has an edge over others in terms of people and processes. Encourage employees on their creativity, learning and development and bring some fun at work. Look for ways and means for continuously promoting forums for employee engagements. Drive \'Outserve\' in GFS and deliver on annual productivity / cost save targets. Manage and escalate risks arising out of transition of new processes. Strategy Working with the other Shared Service Center function managers to ensure proper running of the center and support for the Head, Global Finance Service in ensuring a high level of support and service for the countries / businesses served. Drive modular thinking around processes that runs on process based organization. Drive process standardization and best practice sharing across all teams in GFS. People and Talent Ensure robust KRI / KCS controls and checks are in place to manage operational risks in GFS. Ensure the major activities and processes are well documented and that a robust BCP plan is in place. Facilitate tests on periodic basis and provide adequate support to the Department Continuity Coordinator. Work with Finance teams globally to promote talent moves (both ways) between GFS and Countries / Businesses Risk Management. Ensuring that an effective system of financial and operational controls is in place and is working as intended. Work with HR for recruitment, right skilling, compensation survey and attrition management for the unit. Ensure the right talent is attracted and retained for all key roles. Key Stakeholders Cross functional teams during while processing an invoice This include, but not limited to, Business stakeholders, Legal, Compliance, Sourcing, Tax and Finance. Key stakeholder interactions with difference country finance teams. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct.
