Advocates across three departments

-

Litigation, Non-Litigation (Real Estate & Transactions), and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

1. Litigation - Civil, Commercial & Arbitration

Key Practice Areas:

Civil & Commercial Litigation Arbitration matters NCLT matters Drafting pleadings, applications & legal submissions Court appearances, filing & coordination Client meetings & case strategy preparation

2. Non-Litigation - Real Estate & Transactions

Key Practice Areas:

Property Due Diligence Title Search & Title Verification Drafting and vetting agreements: Agreement for Sale, MOUs, Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Development Agreements, Joint Ventures, SPA, POA, etc. Real estate transactions & structuring Negotiation with clients, developers & stakeholders Preparing Title Reports, Legal Opinions & Transaction Documents

3. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Key Practice Areas:

Trademark filing, prosecution & oppositions Responding to examination reports Drafting TM objections & replies Handling TM hearings IP documentation & client coordination

Eligibility

Law Degree (LLB mandatory) Prior

law firm experience preferred

Strong drafting, communication & research skills Ability to work independently and in teams
