Collins Aerospace, Bangalore office is looking for candidates to join as Automated test equipment developer for aircraft mechanical systems and electronic controller products. This member will work very closely with systems, electronics, and software team to develop the test equipment for design assurance testing, verification & validation, and production test needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understanding the LRU test needs and requirements
• Defining best suitable hardware architectures for real time / non real time automated test equipment
• Hands on experience in dealing with measurement and simulation devices like DMM, oscilloscope, waveform generator, position/speed sensor simulators, temperature and pressure sensor simulators, ADC/DAC cards, etc.
• Must have hands on experience in signal conditioning circuits, and cable harness designing
• Hands on experience in communication buses like ARINC429, CAN, MIL-1553, UART, SPI, I2C, TCP/IP, etc.
• Experience in working with PXI/LXI/GPIB/USB/Serial programmable devices
• Experience in high power devices like AC/DC power supplies, AC/DC loads, Motor drives, Dynos preferable
• Experience in Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical devices are added advantages
• Understanding ATE application software development lifecycles, and programming languages like NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, Python, C, PLC programming, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electricals, instrumentation, communications and 5 years of relevant experience OR
• Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR
• In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
