The company has almost 13,000 staff in over 50 countriesAbout the Role:You are a Continuous Improvement professional with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in leading and implementing projects. You have led and managed Six Sigma projects to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance product and service quality within the organization. You have a deep understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and the ability to apply them to a variety of complex problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic business goals.Role Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple Six Sigma projects from discovery through completionConduct process mapping, data analysis, and statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunitiesDevelop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve qualityTrain and mentor Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and toolsCollaborate with local as well as global stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverablesMonitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on results to senior managementFoster a culture of continuous improvement within the organizationExperience, Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors or master degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fields (or a comparable degree program)Six Sigma Black Belt certificationExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsWhat we would appreciate:Knowledge of Publishing domain (preferred, but not mandatory)Knowledge of Lean principlesEligibilityIn accordance with our internal career movement guidance, 12 months in current role is a requirement before applying to a new role#LI-SG2Job Posting End Date: 31-05-2025
