Who are we looking for Maersk is looking for an ITSM Operational Risk specialist who will be responsible for identifying, assessing & managing IT operational risks working with cross-functional teams across the technology organization. The successful candidate should be a subject matter expert specializing in IT Operational Risk, should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Integrating Maersk\'s IT Operational risk management approach across Technology product portfolios Managing and triaging incoming risk requests by translating and articulating these risks into Maersk\'s central risk register based on quality principles Supporting the day-to-day Risk Management activities, including capturing, assessing and managing risks through the Risk Management lifecycle Ensuring alignment with Cyber risk teams across Maersk, preparing meeting content/reports and ensuring actions are documented & delivered Regularly tracking, updating, and monitoring the risk register and associated activities, working with Risk owners to define remediation\'s and escalating where required Conduct quality assurance on all risk assessments issued by the team where required Collate, create, and disseminate regular management reports in a timely manner Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the tools used by the risk team Build effective relationships with key stakeholders in Maersk\'s Products & Platform teams Driving a culture of understanding and awareness of IT operational risks throughout Technology Actively working on ways of improving the risk management process, including looking into opportunities for automatic identification of risks We are looking for Understanding of IT operations processes, tools, and technologies Ideally 10+ years\' experience in Risk management/Audit/Compliance or related fields, preferably within Technology Experience in improving and automating risk management lifecycle processes integrating with Agile / SCRUM frameworks Recognized certifications, such as CISA/CRISC/CISM/CISSP/ISO27001 Experience in Risk Management in a Dev Ops environment Strong analytical skills and quantitative approach to problem solving Technical background, with an ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels Ability to present clearly and support own views and judgements to influence business decisions Willingness to keep up with industry, regulatory development and learn new concepts and methods Competent in producing reports, presentations, and handling data Knowledge of working with Agile/Scrum teams to manage IT operational risks across product portfolios working with engineering leads and risk owners Knowledge of ITSM processes and preferably experience in industry recognized risk management tools as well as Jira/Confluence Experience in performing risk assessments to identify Technology operational risks on single point of failure, end of life components, recoverability, and service resilience to name a few.
