Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end IT recruitment

for mid to senior-level positions Understand

technical requirements

and job descriptions clearly Source candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct

telephonic/video interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback Manage

offer negotiation, salary discussions, and candidate closures

Maintain and update

candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Ensure a positive

candidate experience

throughout the hiring process Meet

hiring targets, timelines, and quality benchmarks

Mentor junior recruiters (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in

IT recruitment

Strong understanding of

IT technologies

(Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.) Hands-on experience with

job portals

(Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in

fast-paced, target-driven environments

Strong stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in

product-based or service-based IT companies

Knowledge of

ATS tools added advantage

Experience in

bulk and niche hiring

Team handling or mentoring experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in

HR, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
