• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensure timely and quality delivery.

Essential Job Functions:
Planning

• Develop and maintain project plans including budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify project risks and define mitigation plans to minimize risk.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team performance.
• Setup necessary processes to manage project.

Execution

• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals.
• Publishing regular reports on project status, the plan and other relevant metrics.
• Proactively drive issue resolution with relevant stakeholder to avoid delays and to mitigate risks as and when they arise.

Stakeholder Management

• Fostering a collaborative and cross-functional team environment.
• Working closely with the project team and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and status.
• Build a relationship of trust with client leadership.

Qualifications:
Exp: 10-12 Years

• 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 (min) experience as a IT Project Manager
• Experience working for big Indian IT firms a plus
• Experience working with clients to transition IT process to the big Indian IT firms a plus
• Proven experience of planning, tracking, and closing business change technology projects of varying size and complexity; understanding both agile and/or waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrable clarity of thinking
• Effective influencer, facilitator and communicator with the ability to simplify complex challenges and manage stakeholders
• Proven experience of successfully managing 3rd party suppliers to deliver on timescale and budget
• Understand and communicate complex information and concepts to technical and non-technical colleagues, influencing others effectively, including at a senior level
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Working knowledge of high level enterprise IT architecture and systems - networking, EUC, servers, storage, security/compliance, cloud services, core IT applications (collaboration suites such as O365, Active Directory etc.)
