Interior Designer We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team! In this role, you will transform residential and/or commercial spaces into functional, stylish, and inspiring environments. Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop creative and innovative design concepts that meet client objectives and maximize space utilization.
- Create detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Select furniture, finishes, materials, lighting, and fixtures that complement the overall design aesthetic.
- Source and procure furniture, equipment, and materials within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project execution aligns with the design vision.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, keeping clients informed of progress and addressing any concerns.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction and installation, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare construction documents and specifications for contractors.
- Stay up-to-date on current design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design (depending on the seniority of the role).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Working knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
