Qualification : Any graduate/ Bachelor\'s degree in architecture, design, or similar/ MA Degree in architecture or design might be preferable Location : Hyderabad Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience. Work type : Work from office Roles and Responsibilities : Understand the customer requirements and provide creative designs and specifications. Creative talent, imagination and eye for design Coordinate with the internal departments for smooth completion of the project. Able to come up with a solution for any design and technical queries. Undertake design project from concept to completion Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans Set costs and project fees according to budget Research and decide on materials and products sourcing Supervise work progress Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. Uses design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans. Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials. An interest in changing trends in design is a must. Networking and consulting with various industry professionals. Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets. Collaborates with engineers, painters, and builders to further understand how interior space should function, appear, and be furnished. Analyzes movement and use patterns of the space. Maintains current knowledge of trends, materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design. Uses design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans. Prepares sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to client. Desired candidate : Bachelor\'s degree in architecture, design, or similar. MA Degree in architecture or design might be preferable. We prefer someone who has work experience in luxurious residential A strong portfolio and several years of experience as an architect with a strong background in interior design are required. In-depth understanding of CAD, AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, VRAY, Rhino, Luminous software\'s Should know how to deal with HNIs We require an individual with legitimate professional etiquette.
