Project Planning & Execution:
Plan and execute new restaurant interior fit-outs and renovation projects from concept to completion.
Create and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Interior Design & Brand Alignment:
Interpret the restaurant brand's design vision into physical spaces.
Approve design layouts, color schemes, lighting, furniture, and materials based on brand guidelines.
Ensure compliance with functional needs--ventilation, kitchen layout, customer flow, and safety standards.
Vendor & Site Management:
Source and evaluate vendors for design elements, construction, and interior furnishings.
Oversee site execution, monitor progress, and resolve on-ground issues.
Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections to ensure adherence to design and execution standards.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with operations, kitchen, and marketing teams to align functional and aesthetic requirements.
Handle necessary municipal permits and ensure adherence to building codes and restaurant safety norms.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
12 plus years of experience in interior fit-outs or project management, preferably in the hospitality/F&B sector.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, and other design/project tools.
Strong vendor management and budgeting skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
