Role Description
Having 8+ Years of experience in application development team with hands on designing, developing and deployment skillset. The Role is for TIER/DEH Integration Services team in GTS India.

• Work independently to analyze, design and develop workflow automation solutions solving both business and technical problems including modifications to core frameworks and other primary facilities critical to system operation
• Experience writing SQL queries/Stored Procedures for oracle database or any another Relational Database.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and toolsets.
• Good Communication Skills
• Complete data analysis, profiling, and data mappings
• Interface with data experts, data sourcing resources and assist in the data validation process
• Lead the planning, configuration and execution of the new developments, including but not limited to Business User Acceptance Testing (BUAT) & Client User Acceptance Testing (CUAT)
• Use a broad array of communication tools to inform, persuade, influence, direct and facilitate communication within project teams and between Business and Technical teams.
• Document business requirements using clear, concise language consistent with the methodology framework.
• Identify compile, analyze and document business requirements that accurately and thoroughly reflect business needs.
• Ensure project activity is customer focused, results oriented, performance driven, and in compliance with all applicable internal and external requirements
• Employ analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to improve performance
• Support user training, documentation, and rollout
• Maintain effective working relationships with organizational team and clients

Core/Must have skills
Strong proficiency in Core Java.
Experience with any Workflow, BPM tools like Camunda, Appian,etc.
Strong proficiency in at least 1 RDMS database. Oracle DB is preferred.
Strong problem solving skills.
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN..etc
Good to have skills
Experience in developing web application using React JS.
Experience in developing micro services and micro services orchestration/choreography. Experience in various transmission protocols.
Experience on Java/Spring Boot/ RESTful web services/JSON/ IBM MQ, KAFKA
