About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Independent Testing Specialist... In this role, you will: Lead or participate in moderate to high risk or complex review activities in a matrixed environment and communicate emerging risks to management within Independent Testing Contribute to large scale planning related to Independent Testing deliverables Review and research moderately complex potential corrective actions, and follow through on reporting, escalation, and resolution Ensure effective and appropriate testing, validation, and documentation of review activities for risk programs and controls according to standards and other applicable policies Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet Independent Testing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of risk management framework and the risk and control environment Collaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners, management and lines of business regarding risk management Required Qualifications, US: 4+ years of Independent Testing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Required Qualifications, International: Experience in Independent Testing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Job Expectations: Engage with testing teams to successfully manage and maintain the annual plan Adhere to the Independent Monitoring, Testing and Validation Policy follow internal procedures (EBTP User Guide & APSM Procedures) when supporting the testing teams Provide input on strategy to manage and improve processes and tools Ensure all documentation is completed and appropriately retained Schedule Management Oversight including regular updates to engagements in EBTP, monitoring of dashboards in EBTP for IV and RV engagements Participate in User acceptance testing of EBTP MS-Excel - Interme MS-Access - Intermediate along with VBA Power BI - Intermediate SharePoint - Administration, Designer Tool, Workflows PowerShell Scripting - Run the script in PowerShell and update/amend the script if needed, etc. Good to have InfoPath Knowledge as well - Create sections, tables, add SharePoint lists, Adding/Managing Rules, code in InfoPath. Insert, Data Tabs, etc. Good to have Knowledge of Power Apps & Power Automate.
