Job Description

We are looking for a talented design manager and Illustrator/graphic designer to be a part of our in-house Art team to create original pieces of artwork for both print and digital usage for a given office design project. For this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for a project to come up with new ideas on using and creating Art for a given office space. Responsibilities: Prepare Art Intent/direction for office spaces based on a selected theme Combine hand-drawing and painting with digital media to create complete illustrations and also original hand done pieces. Participate in design briefs with clients and internal stakeholders to identify their needs Define time and budget limitations Ensure that printed and painted illustrations meet quality and color standards Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software Requirements and skills Proven work experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, Design manager or similar role Demonstrable portfolio of completed illustrations and hand drawn or painted works. Ability to create works in mediums like Oil, Acrylic, watercolour, pencil colors, charcoal etc would be preferred Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, In design and Adobe Illustrator, Pro create, sketchbook pro Drawing skills with an attention to detail (both by hand and digital medium) Knowledge of different materials, print techniques and mediums to develop art and artefacts Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant qualification Knowledge of 3D software would be an added advantage
