As HR Operations professional your role will involve handling complex HR Operations matters, and managing HR projects that enables continuous improvement across the employee life cycle . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other People teams, project management, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure the successful execution of HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Within HR operations, your activities will include:

  • Producing non-standard offer letters/employment contracts and drafting employment change letters.
  • Supporting HR BPs in the processing of non-standard termination cases including calculating redundancy payments.
  • You need to work on a monthly Payroll administration, working hand in hand with Finance to ensure that key information such as joiners, leavers, and employee changes are processed by Payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Supporting the annual pay review process
  • Supporting employees with resolving queries relating to leave policies and processes.
  • Conducting exit interviews where required for voluntary leavers.
  • Investigating errors, undertaking root cause analysis, managing notifications to stakeholders
HR Ops Project Management:
  • Manage and lead HR ops projects as and when required.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and milestones to bring to completion.
  • Partnering with the HR BPs on ad hoc projects and activities, such as a change in legislation impacting the HR policies and processes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and suggest mitigation actions to address them
  • Coordinate and communicate project updates to HR Leadership.
HR Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Evaluate existing HR systems and tools, recommending enhancements or new solutions.
  • Conduct regular HRIS audits to ensure People data is accurate at all times.
  • Ensure HR Ops processes are up to date and compliant with local employment policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to the HROps team on complex matters.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR team members, department heads and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide HR solutions, and ensure their needs are met.
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Analyse data, areas for improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and quality checks
Qualifications

Qualification
  • Degree in HR or similar qualification
Skills and experience
  • Experience of 6+ in HR project management or HR operations management
  • IT literate (HRIS & MS Office)
  • Analytical skills an advantage
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • HR Shared Services experience would be an advantage, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Risk management awareness / good risk \'radar\'
  • Be customer-focused and understand what a positive customer experience looks like.
