Primary Skills Business needs, validate hiring plan, drive recruitment efforts on priorities, maintain panelist, train panel interviewers, onboard & allocate team members based on competencies & priorities. Maintain demand / hiring data and keep clear visibility at 30 days / 3 months / 6 months. Develop a small bench to accelerate practice ability to react quickly on unexpected needs, and manage occupation of team members on bench. Maintain activity rate at the level expected. Develop interactions with top performers, develop rotation of team members and increase internal seeding of new deals, develop a bundle approach of pyramid management & promotion management develop & roll out onboarding programs for new joiners. Secondary Skills Manage skillset needs of the practice and develop training plans in coordination with HR teams. The successful candidate will own the resourcing capabilities, talent management, Budget and Cost Management, in line with new practice operating model, and will be working along with the business, recruiters, partners & HRBPs.
