Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle



Manage complete employee lifecycle: on-boarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, and F&F settlements Oversee HR documentation, employee records, and HRMS data accuracy Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation

Payroll & Compensation Support



Coordinate monthly payroll processing with internal teams or vendors Ensure accurate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements Handle payroll audits, salary revisions, and variable pay administration

Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws



Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Shops & Establishment Act Liaise with consultants, inspectors, and government authorities when required Manage statutory filings, returns, and audits on time

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling



Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues in coordination with management Support engagement initiatives and workplace compliance

Vendor & Audit Management



Manage HR vendors including payroll, background verification, insurance, and staffing partners Support internal and external HR audits; ensure closure of audit observations

Reporting & MIS



Prepare and present HR MIS reports related to headcount, attrition, compliance, payroll, and leave data Provide data insights to management for decision-making

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong hands-on experience in

HR Operations & Compliance

Sound knowledge of

Indian labor laws and statutory processes

Experience working with

HRMS, payroll systems, and Excel (advanced level)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail, confidentiality, and process orientation Ability to handle pressure and work independently

Educational Qualification



MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification Additional certification in labor laws or payroll will be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
