Coordination in recruitment and effective onboarding
Sending offer letters and conducting onboarding introductions
Maintaining records of employee attendance
Handling disciplinary actions and employee grievances
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Planning and executing employee engagement activities
Managing full and final settlements (F&F) and exit formalities
Admin Responsibilities:
o Overseeing daily office management and facility upkeep
o Managing stationery, supplies, and inventory
o Coordinating with vendors for services and maintenance
o Handling travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and guests
o Managing and tracking office assets and equipment
o Supervising housekeeping and security services
o Supporting day-to-day activities and monitoring all critical administrative operations
Legal Responsibilities:
Franchise Onboarding Process:
o Initiating the franchise sign-up and payment process
o Collecting KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID/Driving License)
o Procuring stamp paper for agreement execution
o Drafting and preparing the franchise agreement
o Starting the documentation process (LL) approval,
o GST Certificate, FSSAI Certificate, Water Connection Letter, SGA Form, Declaration
Form, FMS Sheet Details
o Sharing completed documentation folders with respective internal departments
o Sharing daily legal status reports
o Sharing weekly legal summary reports
o Sharing monthly legal review reports
