The RoleWe are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join a team that aims to deliver efficient and easy people processes, systems, policies and programs to support a positive employee experience. You will provide a wide range of HR support, advice and administration for the region as well as a global team. The position is based in Pune.ResponsibilitiesLead, execute and manage the full employee lifecycle activites from hire to retire and all activities in betweenWork closely with local management to provide high-quality advice, coaching and support to resolve employee relations and performance management issuesDevelop, recommend, and implement policies and programs to ensure best practice and compliance regulations are met across the region as well as improve the employee experienceCoach and influence Manager to help them reach decisions on all aspects of people management including supporting employee engagement improvementsPresent recommendations to address the people component of business issues and HR processesManage and support benefits with vendor to ensure we offer competitive packagesPartner with HRBPs and CoEs to support implementation of key HR processes including compensation, talent management and leadership developmentMaintain HRIS data (Workday), as well as manage administrative support and documentationSupport a culture of collaboration and fun across the teamsDrive our Corporate Social Responsibility agenda for the regionUse data to identify areas for improvement and help drive decisions for improvementDesired profile5-plus years\' experience in Human Resources preferably in a high tech environment with a solid understanding of best practices and employment related regulations for the regionBachelor\'s Degree in related field or equivalent HR qualificationSound judgment and dynamic problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused, people oriented, with high level of professionalism and discretionOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to positively influenceDemonstrable expertise in HR best practice, policies and proceduresHighly motivated with great attention to detailProficiency with HRIS, Workday preferred
