Our Client a leading Manufacturer & Exporter of Raw vegetables, fruits & processed ready to food products, established in year 2017 having employee strength of 250 persons & annual turnover of 20 Crs. requires following staff at their manufacturing plant at Vaikunthpura, Bareja-Kheda Highway, Ahmedabad.

Position: Senior HR Executive

Education: B.Com / BBA/ MBA-HR (Preffered)/ M.Com

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Working Time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

CTC: 3,00,000 to 4,80,000 (Including PF, Leaves & Annual Bonus)

Job Location: Vaikunthpura, Bareja-Kheda Highway, Ahmedabad.

Job Details:

1) Responsibilities include hiring, performance evaluations, salary reviews, disciplinary actions, and learning and development.

2) Managing Labour work force and hiring new workers based on demand from nearby centers

3) Preferred: Someone Who has worked in a manufacturing unit with minimum 50 employees.

4) Recruitment and Staffing of Plant and Corporate Level employees

5) Managing Hygiene compliance of plant

6) All compliances based on the Factory Act

7) Knowledge of Labour Laws, All Legal and Statutory compliances of HR Department

8) Training and Development of Employees

9) Health and Safety

10) Knowledge of Quality Standard Documentation like ISO etc.

11) Salary Sheet Preparation

12) Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

13) Manage daily labour and staff issues independently
